The event is open to the public and anyone can register. You do not have to be a member of a Green party to attend.

Is there a fee for the event?

No. The event is free of charge.

Where is the event venue?

The event takes place at Wild Gallery, Rue du Charroi 11. It is located in the Forest area of Brussels and easily reachable by public transport from the Brussels Midi/Zuid train station. For more information on how to reach the venue, please consult the practical info page.

When should I arrive to the event?

The entry and registration will be open at 17:00. Please make sure you arrive on time to get your tickets checked and to avoid the crowds.

I need accommodation in Brussels. How can I arrange it?

Participants will be asked to arrange their own accommodation, but a list of suggestions is available on the practical info page to assist you in finding a suitable option. Otherwise, please consult booking websites.

Where can I get my ticket for the event?

When you register for the event, a ticket will be sent to you via email. Please make sure you present your ticket at the entrance.

Will there be food and drinks at the event?

Yes, you will be able to purchase food and drinks directly at the venue. It is prohibited to bring your own food / drinks. The catering area will be open from 17:00 and will close at the end of the event, at 00:00. For more details, please see the practical info section of our website.

Is the event accessible to disabled participants?

We will do our best to accommodate the needs of all participants and to ensure everyone is able to attend the event. If you have a disability and require assistance, please indicate it in the registration form (under ‘any other remarks’) and we will be in contact with you to make any necessary arrangements.
